Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for credit. However, we stand behind our equipment.
All products are covered by a one year warranty to work as advertised. Should your product fail within one year of purchase (obvious physical abuse excluded), we will repair or replace your item as required.
Should your equipment fail beyond the 1 year warranty please contact us, as we offer limited lifetime support for our products.
For any product not functioning as expected, you should first review the product manual in our manuals section. Most issues can be resolved quickest in this way.
Following that please contact support for additional troubleshooting and to authorize a return if necessary.
To Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Along with the RMA number you will receive instructions and the proper return address for your merchandise.
All returns must be sent via a method that provides a tracking number (we recommend local or international postal services). We can not be responsible for items alleged to have been shipped to us without a tracking number.
Please note that freight costs of returned items TO us are the responsibility of the customer. We will return the repaired or replaced item via 2 day air, at our cost.
Returns must be sent back to our warehouse or authorized repair center, NOT to the corporate office.
Return / Repair Time
You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four to six weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process / test your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair / replace and deliver your item (5 to 10 business days).
